People like to add it to their food for “taste”. Doctors tell you to reduce your salt intake due to it’s like to high blood pressure.

 

Salt has gotten a bad rap over the years but without it we will die. Every cell in our body is like a small ocean filled with salty water. But too much of it or the wrong type can be problematic.
