Former Royal Marines Commando and International Bestselling Author Marc Kent is a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist specialising in weight loss and injury rehabilitation.

Often regarded as one of the UK’s leading holistic health coaches he runs a personal training studio in Barnstaple, North Devon where he takes an holistic approach to total body health. Combining mindset coaching, science based exercise programs and Naturopathic Nutrition principles.

 

 

Over the last 20 years I’ve travelled the world to study with some of the leading authorities in biomechanics, nutrition, chiropractic and life coaching and with such an holistic approach to health, I wouldn’t really call myself a personal trainer.

During the last 8 years I’ve helped thousands of North Devon Residents of all levels take control of their health and fitness, while at the same time increasing their energy, improving their self confidence and sculpting a leaner, flatter tummy from my private personal coaching studio in Barnstaple.

Sure I coach people through exercise programmes but my role as a coach is to challenge you and inspire you to achieve more. I’m not here to shout at you, I’m not here to intimidate you. I’m not here to bully you into shape. If that’s what you are looking for then you’ve come to the wrong place.

My role as a coach is to work with you to develop a plan based on the things you love doing – the things you love eating and make it as uncomplicated as possible.

Why? Because complicated doesn’t work.

By keeping things simple you are more likely to stick with it and get the transformational results that you are looking for.

By keeping things simple I don’t add to the burden and overwhelm that often leads to procrastination and inaction.

How do I know this?

Because I’m not perfect.

You see I struggle with overwhelm, with stress and with feelings of not being good enough. Despite my last name, I’m not a ‘superhero’. In fact I’m just a normal guy who’s heart melts every time his kids say “daddy, I love you” with a passion for helping people make the most of their lives through a fitter, healthier lifestyle.
